English Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Baby Care: Global Guide (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Who the App is for

The App is designed for adult parents, family members, and caregivers. It is not intended to be used directly by children.

3. Information stored on your device

The App may allow you to enter information needed to personalize guidance, such as a child’s name or nickname, age or date of birth, caregiver preferences, notification settings, and records of previously displayed advice.

This information is intended to be stored locally on your device. The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a user-profile server that receives this child profile information.

4. Advertising and automatically collected information

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may automatically collect or process information such as your IP address, device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic data, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and regulatory compliance.

The App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, record, and manage your advertising privacy choices where required. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

5. Notifications

The App may request permission to send reminders or daily guidance notifications. These notifications may be scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings.

The App may summarize or reference publicly available guidance from international health and child-care organizations. The App is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially approved by any organization mentioned in the App unless expressly stated.

7. How information may be shared

We do not sell child profile information. Information may be processed by third-party service providers such as Google only as necessary to provide advertising, consent management, analytics, diagnostics, security, and fraud prevention. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, the public, or our legal rights.

8. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Where an in-app deletion option is available, you may also use it to delete locally stored data.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to the policies and legal obligations of those service providers.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is directed to adults and is not designed for children to use independently. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. Parents and caregivers should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about a child.
